GRC 300 series Spillway Headwall

Approximate weight 150kg.
A one-piece glass reinforced cement headwall with an opening to suit 150 diameter pipe and knockout webs to enlarge to 225 and 300mm diameter pipes. The dimensions of the unit are as the PCC unit below with a reduced toe depth 150mm and nominal wall thickness of 20mm.

INSTALLATION

It is recommended that the unit should be bedded on 100mm of dry mix concrete. The drainage pipe to be entered through approximately 50mm and the gap around the pipe to be filled with cement mortar. If increased strength is required, we recommend the use of concrete as backfill material.
